advantages over traditional computers. They are designed to work as appliances, with simple intuitive screens that allow rapid access to the functions the user needs. <p>They are also easy to keep clean, and only occupy a small footprint. <p>Typical applications for a touchscreen system can include relay and review of telehealth information, video calling, TV on demand, access to social networking sites, email, shopping and a host of other applications.</p> <h2>WiCare 15.4" Atom PC</h2> <hr size="1" /> <p> The unit pictured features ultra-low power consumption so it can be switched on continuously, ready to receive calls.</p> <p>One touch calling can put the user in touch with one of our nurses, or friends and family. </p> <p>Handsfree audio and video allow natural communication and studies have shown that video calling is a longer lasting experience than traditional telephony.</p> <p>The system supports wireless Ethernet, meaning that it can be used within a 50 metre radius of the home router by simply plugging the power supply into the wall.</p> <p>A range of bespoke applications and configuration options are available on request. </p> </div> <br class="clearFloat" /> </p> </div> <div id="footer"> <footer><b>Created by Alere.
