The Alere service desk is at the heart of Alere's managed service operations and is there to serve patients, the community nursing team and trust managers.
The Service desk deals with the following activities:
- New patient referrals.
- Patient liaison
- Equipment commissioning and decommissioning
- Faults and maintenance requests
- Reports and information
- Test calls
- Scheduling of video calls

Please feel free to contact the service desk no matter how trivial or complex your needs may be. We will do our best to help. We run a call logging system and all incoming phone calls are recorded for quality and accountability. We are open seven days a week, 365 days a year.
