Light Touch Services
In addition to the Triage services that provide support and response for home monitors, Alere offers a range of Light Touch Services.
The services revolve around patient education and motivation through regular contact with Alere's care centre staff.
Coaching Programs
Programs can be tailored to the needs of the trust or the patient. We are in a unique position to be able to motivate the patient by providing equipment that shows the health benefits of an excercise, diet or smoking cessation program.
Long Term Condition Programs
Clinical programs are also available to provide education, support and monitoring for patients with Diabetes, respiratory, circulatory and heart conditions.
