Dr. Highscope HD Camera System
Sometech's Dr. Highscope system provides the ultimate in high definition video for specialised applications including Dermatology, ENT, Opthalmology, Colposcopy and Endoscopy. The system produces excellent results with minimal effort thanks to the systemic approach to attaching different lenses and guides, and the integrated light source. An accessory for connection to standard endoscopes ensures compliance with any preferred type of attachment. The system includes an SD card slot facilitating easy capture of still images and video. The supplied USB keyboard allows saved files to be named minimising the possibility for error. Images may be captured by pressing a trigger on the probe or by pressing the included foot switch. A bright 5500K light is infinitely adjustable through the use of a knob and there is a slider switch to select red, green and blue light for specialised applications. The system may be supplied on a specialised videoconferencing shelf unit, a cart, or in a flight case.
Dermatology Kit
The dermatology accessory kit provides everything needed to view skin at magnifications of up to 600x. Magnification is a function of the chosen lens and the distance from the lens to the subject, facilitated by using light guides of varying length. The lens snaps easily into the probe unit, and the light guide then screws on over the lens, maintaining a fixed distance to the subject and guiding the light. The kit includes three lenses together with five light guides to release the full capability of the DHS system.
Other Options
The ENT kit includes the shown blue screw-on attachment which works with the standard supplied 12mm DHS lens, and a tongue depressor A pack of white ear protectors are also supplied, with additional packs available on request.
The Opto kit includes three different Opto Caps- x25, x35, and the RGP test cap. These work with the standard supplied 12mm lens. The x25 and x35 caps incorporate side illuminating light guides. The RGP cap enables direct illumination. The kit includes three lenses together with five light guides to enable the full capability of the DHS system.
