Maintenance
Alere's maintenance services cover telehealth and telemedicine applications, including the installation and support of the telehealth systems used on our own telehealth programs. To schedule maintenance or to report a fault please contact the service desk.
Alere runs a maintenance program that is backed up by a maintenance scheduling system allowing us to ensure that work is completed on a timely basis.
We employ our own engineers and all are CRB checked (Criminal Records Bureau) to ensure they are safe and qualified to work in older peoples' homes.
On Site Professional Maintenance
Alere offers a layered maintenance approach for any equipment it sells as follows:
- Telephone support for all equipment sold including testing and diagnostic facilities.
- Extended warranties from the manufacturer that include updates and upgrades.
- Advanced replacement warranties, typically enabling the replacement of faulty equipment within 24 hours.
- On site maintenance and support.
